Join us for an engaging workshop designed to set your nonprofit board on a path to success! This hybrid workshop features a classroom session and an arena experience with horses, offering unique insights from horses on teamwork and positive leadership for your organization.
Classroom Session: Practical strategies for recruiting and onboarding effective board members. A "Board Check List" to assess and improve board effectiveness.
Arena Session with Horses: Interactive equine activities to explore leadership, teamwork, and communication. Observational and participatory learning opportunities.
This workshop is approved for 3 PATH Intl. CE continuing education units.
