Photo submissions including name\, address\, email\, and phone number should be submitted no later than 11:59 PM Tuesday\, October 24th. In addition\, submitted pumpkins will also need to be physically displayed on front porches or in the front window of the entrant's (Volo) address between 6PM and 9PM on Wednesday\, October 25th to be judged for consideration. Any photo submissions received after 11:59 PM Tuesday\, October 24th and/or pumpkins not physically displayed between 6PM and 9PM on Wednesday\, October 25th will not be considered.\n\nThe winner will be announced on Thursday\, October 26th with the installation of Jack Skellington soon to follow on the winner's front lawn! Jack Skellington will be recollected by Public Works after October 31st.
