Main)\, through any Wauconda Woman's Club member\, or call 847-400-6907.\n\n\n\nSince 1996\, Veterans Path to Hope has supported active and retired military veterans (regardless of their discharge status) and their families in northeastern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin through programs to assist with housing\, employment\, peer and clinical counseling services\, weekly dinners\, and much more.
